Shipping fees are charged per order, not per item, allowing you to save on fees when purchasing multiple items.

Due to current U.S. tariff regulations, Japan Post has temporarily suspended international commercial shipments to the United States.
At this time, FedEx is the only available shipping method for U.S. orders.

2. Important Notice to All International Buyers (Import Duties & Taxes)
All shipments originating from Japan are sent as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
This means that the listed item price and shipping charges do not include any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees required by your destination country.
Any such additional charges are the buyer’s sole responsibility.
Special Notice for U.S. Buyers
U.S. customers should be aware that the following charges may be applied upon import:
Customs Duties
Typically assessed at a rate of 15% or more of the item’s declared value
(the exact rate varies depending on the product category and value).
These charges are billed directly by the shipping carrier, not by CARDSTER.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to accept any applicable import-related charges.
Before placing an order, we strongly recommend checking with your local customs office for details regarding duties and taxes.
Please note that we are legally prohibited from declaring items below their actual value or marking shipments as “gifts.”
3. Return Policy
Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- To request a return, please contact us within this period before sending any items back.
Return Shipping
For returns due to customer reasons (e.g. change of mind, incorrect order), the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
All returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method.
We are not responsible for lost returns without tracking information.
Condition Requirements (Trading Cards)
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
Sealed products
Returns are accepted only if the item is unopened and factory sealed.
Single cards
Cards must be returned in their original sleeves, toploaders, and protective packaging.
Any swaps, substitutions, or alterations will void eligibility.
Graded cards (slabs)
Returns are not accepted if the slab has been opened, cracked, or tampered with.
Digital codes / redemption items
Non-returnable once delivered.

Opened sealed products
Consumable items
Custom or made-to-order items
Digital items
Sale items clearly marked as Final Sale
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Processing time is typically 5–7 business days after the return arrives.
If an item is returned used, damaged, or not in original condition, up to 50% of the refund amount may be deducted.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If we made an error or your item arrived damaged:

Include clear photos of the item and packaging
We will provide a prepaid return label or replacement, when applicable
