Orders and Shipping
We offer three types of shipping for CARDSTER orders:
- Economy Shipping (No Tracking – Japan Post): $0
- Standard Shipping (With Tracking – Japan Post): $4.99
- Expedited Shipping (FedEx International Priority): Additional fees
Additional Benefits:
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $20
- Free Expedited Shipping (FedEx or DHL) on orders over $250
- For high-value shipments, we automatically apply an Adult Signature Required option to ensure safe and secure delivery.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. However, we strive for speed: orders are typically shipped within 1-10 business days (excluding weekends and Japanese national holidays).
For U.S. and Eupopean customers, Expedited Shipping usually delivers within approximately 2-3 business days after shipment.
Standard Japan Post AIR services (Economy or Standard) take longer.
You can register easily by entering your email address and creating a password. Alternatively, for faster access, you can choose the “Log in with Google” option to link your existing Google account.
Before ordering: You can update your details at any time by logging into your account and visiting the “Addresses” page.
After ordering: Please contact us immediately. Because we process orders quickly, we have a short window to make changes before the package ships.
There are two main ways to track your package:
Email: Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Your Account: Log in to your account at cardster.net, click on your order history, and select the specific order to view the tracking details.
No. We do not have access to your full credit card details. Even if you choose to save your card for future purchases, the information is encrypted and held securely by our payment processor, not by us.
Yes, Japanese consumption tax is already included in the listed price of all items.
We offer shipping worldwide. However, delivery methods and times are subject to the guidelines and limitations set by the destination country and our shipping partners.
If you place multiple orders within a short period of time, we will try to combine them into a single shipment. However, if significant time has passed between orders, they may have already been processed and will be shipped separately.
Returns and Exchanges
Please contact us with photos of the damaged item(s) along with the shipping label and packaging.
Make sure to include the left side of the shipping label, including the blank margin, as there are often important notes written in that area.

Buyer pays for return shipping when the buyer contacts the seller within 30 days of delivery.
