2. Important Notice to All International Buyers (Import Duties & Taxes)
All shipments originating from Japan are sent as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means the listed item price and shipping charges do not include any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees required by your destination country. You should anticipate being billed for the following charges upon import:-
Customs Duties: Typically assessed at a rate of at least 15% of the item’s value (varies by product and value).

3. Return Policy
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery. To request a return, please contact us within this period.
Return Shipping
- For returns due to customer reasons (e.g. change of mind or incorrect order), the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
- All returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost returns without tracking.
Condition Requirements (Trading Cards)
- Sealed products: Returns accepted only if unopened.
- Single cards: Must be returned in original sleeves, toploaders, and packaging. No swaps or alterations.
- Graded cards (slabs): Not returnable if the case is opened, cracked, or tampered with.
- Digital codes / redemption items: Not returnable.

Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
- Processing time: typically 5–7 business days after return arrival.
- If the item is returned used, damaged, or not in original condition, up to 50% may be deducted.
Wrong / Damaged Items
- If we made an error or the item arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
- We will provide a prepaid return label or replacement when applicable.
