One Piece OP-14, titled The Azure Sea’s Seven, launched on November 22, 2025. This set focuses on the Shichibukai (Seven Warlords of the Sea) and includes Trafalgar Law, Dracule Mihawk, Jinbe, Boa Hancock, Donquixote Doflamingo, Crocodile, and Gecko Moria. The manga/comic parallel for this set is The World’s Strongest Swordsman, featuring Dracule Mihawk.

Dracule Mihawk is a 9-cost card with 10,000 power. Its effect states that when it becomes rested, up to 1 of your opponent’s characters with a cost of 9 or less cannot be rested until the end of their next End Phase. Additionally, Mihawk has a once-per-turn ability during your opponent’s attack phase: you may trash 1 card from your hand to give up to 1 of your Leader or Character cards +2000 power during the battle. This is a very strong card, especially when paired with the latest Dracule Mihawk Leader.

The set also introduces another Leader card featuring the Pirate Empress of Amazon Lily, Boa Hancock. This is a dual-colored Leader card (blue and yellow) with an ability that allows the player to draw 1 card whenever you play a Character during the opponent’s turn. Additionally, once per turn, if 1X Don is attached and one of your Amazon Lily or Kuja Pirates-type Characters with 5000 or more base power is K.O.’d, you may add up to 1 card from the top of your opponent’s Life cards to their hand. This is a very strong card, especially when paired with existing Boa Hancock cards.
